Overview
Due to the nature of collectible goods and in keeping with industry standards, collectible items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product descriptions, photos, and grading notes carefully before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is lost in transit, we’re here to help—please keep all packaging and materials and reach out to us through the Contact Us page right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

All collectible items (including trading cards, sealed products, comics, toys, memorabilia, graded/slabbed items, and any limited or pre-order releases)

Sale items and gift cards
Note: Opened or tamper-evident packaging (e.g., broken seals, removed shrink-wrap) cannot be accepted under any circumstance.
Order Issues: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect on delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, retain all outer cartons, inner packing, and the shipping label.

Report promptly. Contact us via the Contact Us page within 72 hours of the delivered scan (or expected delivery date for lost packages).

Evaluation & resolution. We’ll guide you through next steps, which may include photos, carrier claims, and return instructions (if applicable). Items sent back without prior authorization will be refused.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for collectibles. If a resolution is approved for a damaged/incorrect item, we’ll provide next steps through the Contact Us page (e.g., replacement if available or a refund per our evaluation).
Shipping Loss or Damage
If a package is lost or arrives damaged:

Keep all packaging and contents as received.

Notify us via Contact Us within 72 hours.

We will assist with the carrier investigation. Outcomes may include replacement (if stock remains) or a refund once the investigation is completed.
Returns (Non-Collectible Accessories Only, If Applicable)
If we offer non-collectible accessories (e.g., supplies) that are explicitly marked as return-eligible on their product pages, those may be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization obtained via [Contact Us].

Return shipping instructions and an authorization number (RMA) will be provided if approved.

Items returned without authorization or not in original condition will be refused.

Unless we made an error, outbound shipping is non-refundable and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Exclusions: Opened/tamper-evident packaging (including sealed collectible products), custom or personalized items, and any categories excluded by applicable law are not eligible.

To exercise this right, contact us via Contact Us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all seals and tags intact. Once inspected, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.

You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds (When Applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected any authorized return or completed a damage/loss evaluation.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please reach out through the Contact Us page.
How to Get Help
All support requests—including damage claims, order questions, and return authorization—must be submitted through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if damaged/incorrect).
BigRed Collectibles reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your request will govern your transaction.
