At BigRed Collectibles, we take pride in getting your collectibles to you safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Processing Times
We aim to process and ship most orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. During periods of high order volume, product releases, or holidays, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
We are a small business, and there may occasionally be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier disruptions, inventory audits, or scheduled vacations. When this happens, we’ll post a notice on our website or social media and resume normal shipping as quickly as possible.
Pre-order or backorder items will ship once stock becomes available. Estimated release or ship dates are provided for reference only and are subject to change.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using any major carrier at our discretion, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable providers. Shipping methods and carriers may vary based on destination, cost, speed, and package type.
We currently ship within the United States, and may expand international options at a later date.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service level. Occasionally, promotional offers may include discounted or free shipping, which will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
Insurance & Liability
Standard shipments do not include insurance unless specifically stated or purchased at checkout.
If you wish to protect your package against loss or damage in transit, shipping insurance is available for purchase at the time of checkout.
Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after transfer to the carrier.
If your insured order is lost or damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us through our Contact Us page within 72 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation or claim where applicable.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are provided directly by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs, or other factors may impact delivery timelines.
We are not liable for delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier, but we will do our best to help track and resolve any issues that arise.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional postage costs may apply.
Local Pickup & Special Handling (If Available)
From time to time, we may offer local pickup options or special handling for high-value or fragile items. If available, these options will be displayed at checkout or announced on our website.
Holds, Vacations, and Temporary Delays
As a small, family-run business, we may occasionally place short holds on shipping operations during vacations, conventions, or restocks. Any planned delays will be communicated clearly on our website banner or social media channels. Orders placed during these periods will ship as soon as fulfillment resumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
If tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:
